Everyone on the VBS team knows the dates for VBS,  but does everyone who uses your building know?      If your church is like most churches,  your rooms are being used during the week for other groups, such as Grief Share, Growth Groups, AA  and who knows what else.    When you are planning your VBS, make sure you touch base with all these other groups and give them your schedule.   The last thing you want is to have two groups planning on using the same room on the same night!    For more information on planning check out our planning guide.
